Courts Closed Until 3rd December

Unfortunately the Government have confirmed that Tennis Clubs must remain closed during the second lockdown.  Although at odds with the rules on two people and households meeting outside, it is clear that the advice is to minimise as much social contact as possible whilst trying to balance work, education and mental health.

At the moment courts will reopen on 3rd December and bookings will be reopened on ClubSpark on 19th November.  The LTA will continue to lobby government on the current rules and avoiding a further extension of the closure of tennis clubs.

Stay safe

Now that the club house toilets are available, club tournaments restarted with the Lower League Tournament on 2nd August which attracted a wonderful 24 players with many new faces.  It was unfortunate that the uncertainty of the weather meant that the American Tournament was cancelled at short notice but this has now been rescheduled.  The events page on this site has been updated, keep an eye on the ClubSpark events page to book a place on the events planed and update your diaries:

  • 06 September - Lower League Tournament
  • 13 September: Centenary Tournament (Combined aged of miixed double >= 100
