ClubSpark tips FAQs and useful links

  1. If you log in to Clubspark via https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/ you won't be recognised as a member of SHLTC and you will not be able to book courts.  You need to log in via https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/StocktonHeathLTC.  The LTA are merging ClubSpark and LTA log-ins and, if not already done so, you will be asked to merge you log-ins, creating a LTA account first if you don't have one.  If things go wrong, please contact our ClubSpark Expert, Milton at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and he will be able to help.
  2. You are only able to book a court two weeks in advance

  5. Once you have merged your log-ins as above, you will have to close and and log back into Booker
  6. When signing up for an event through the ClubSpark home page tab, click 'Book' and then go to your basket (at the top right)

On-line Court Bookings System Goes Live

On Saturday 25th July the club will commence using ClubSpark for members to book courts, including the school courts and we are here to make that process go as smoothly as possible

At the go-live date all reoccurring bookings previously managed by Marianna and ad-hoc bookings managed by Sue will have already been entered into ClubSpark and the named member will receive an email confirmation from the system. Sue has done an amazing job for the club, please do not add to her task by contacting her for bookings after the 24th

To use the court booking system you must be a paid-up senior member or a named parent/guardian of a paid-up Junior member and have registered with ClubSpark using the link emailed to you.

You will see that courts 3 & 4 are shown as locked for the majority of the time as they still being reserved for coaching. There are some free slots, for example Monday mornings, so please look carefully. Additional slots will be freed up over time until the end of summer when Coaches will start making their own specific court bookings.

The system is extremely easy to use and there is also an App which may make life easier

However, as always with something new we expect teething problems and we appreciate that not everyone has the same level of IT skills and confidence, but we are here to help, whether is it registering with ClubSpark or using the on-Line booking system. These emails will initially be picked up by Milton Wimpenny and he will seek the assistance of Liz de la Ray and Howard Hackney if needed. If reoccurring questions are identified then a FAQ document will be added to the website at https://www.shltc.co.uk/news and you may get referred to that document. In the short term and as a last resort a booking can be made for you

There may be members for whom using an on-line booking system is simply not possible, in the first instance we would hope that one of the other members planning to play can make the booking, if not then please email This email address is being protected from spambots. Doubles Play Returns to SHLTC

Great news that Doubles play is back without 'same household' restrictions.  Booking, social distancing and avoiding congregating before and after play continues to be essential.  Please follow the updated guidance emailed to all members and displayed around the site.

 

 

Limited tennis now available

Great news that social distacing singles and same household groups are now able to play tennis.  All members have been emailed the booking system that has been put in place and what is needed to keep all our members safe.  If you need these resending please send us a message using the Contact page.  Members must follow this advice please also consult the LTA 'Return to Restricted Play' document for guidance.

Unfortunately with limited courts and current demand we cannot accommodate non-members

Sharing tennis balls is far from ideal, please mark up and only handle your own, thank you

    The club is situated just off the A49 (London Road), from here turn into Delphfields Road, the tennis club is located approximately 150 yards on the left

    By public transport:  Warrington's Own Buses, services 8A, CAT9, CAT9A, CAT9B and 40, stop on London Road (Broomfields Road stop).  The club is 5 minutes walk from there.  Unfortunately there are no services along Delphfields Road.  For services and timetables see here
