The J. L. Ardern Knockout Cup

This event is a Handicap Knockout competition. Each Club enters one or two teams and registers players for cup.
A handicap is given to both teams based on the players registered from each team and the previous seasons results in the Warrington League.

The format is slightly different in that each fixture comprises Mens Doubles, Ladies Doubles and Mixed Doubles matches.

Each match is 3 sets, with every set being played. A set is won when a pair reaches 6, there is no tie-break.
